WHAT WE DO:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and attract prospective new clients
  • Problem Analysis & Proposal Strategy: Analyze client challenges in business and service development, and formulate strategic proposal directions
  • Alliance Building: Establish and foster strategic partnerships with external companies
  • Solution Planning: Conceive, plan, and build new business solutions
  • Upon Promotion to Manager (In the Future):
    • Member Management: Handle team member evaluations, talent development, and mentorship
    • Organizational Strategy: Plan, formulate, and execute strategic directions for the department or unit

WHO YOU ARE:

Must have:

Applicants must possess experience in at least one of the following:

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT outsourcing in roles such as Sales Executive, Account Manager, or Business Development Executive
  • Experience in new customer acquisition / business development (hunting)
  • Experience in solution sales / proposal-based sales related to software development
  • Japanese competency at professional level
  • Has current or previous living experience in Japan, with a strong understanding of Japanese culture and business practices.

Nice to have:

  • Management experience as a Manager or Team Leader (any team size welcome)
  • Experience in solution sales / proposal-based sales related to software development
  • Experience in creating and proposing RFPs (Request for Proposal)
  • Experience leading software development projects (as a PM or PdM)
  • A broad network of relationships with CxO-level executives (any company scale)
  • Experience launching a new business or serving as the project owner/person-in-charge
  • Experience in setting up or launching a startup company
