Business Development Executive (English Fluency)

WHAT WE DO:

Research and penetrate the target market

  • Conduct market and competitor research and analysis
  • Support BDM in developing action plans to reach the target market
  • Support BDM in developing action plans to implement business development strategies and reach sales targets.

Explore business opportunities

  • Implement activities to find potential customers in the English-speaking market (through Marketing Online, Offline, and connecting activities,..)
  • Identify new business opportunities using email, phone, and social media to promote Sun* Inc.’s brand and understand customer needs.
  • Conduct needs analysis and identify customer pain points to determine solutions to meet those needs.

Manage prospects and existing customers

  • Create a list and fully update information about potential customers (Leads).
  • Plan and execute follow-up of potential customers.
  • Close deals
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to generate future sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with the delivery team during the development process to detect issues and make improvements.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position
  • Being able to start everything from scratch and work independently
  • Willing to take the lead in exploring new challenges and opportunities
  • Prior experience in IT sector and English-speaking markets with a proven track record of generating leads, opportunities and deals
  • English competency at professional level
  • Communication skills, persuasive negotiation skills
  • Market research skills
  • Project management skills (preferred).
