Technical Leader (Fullstack Leader) (English Fluency)

WHAT WE DO:

  • Participate in requirement analysis, system design, propose options and build technical solutions for the project
  • Take responsibility for researching and designing solutions for products
  • Improve and enhance the quality of the project
  • Review code and control code quality, guide and train technical skills and solve technical problems for team members
  • Participate in company technology forums and tech shows

WHO YOU ARE:

Experience Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software development with at least 1 year working as a tech lead
  • Experience with one of the following technologies:
    + Backend: NodeJS (ExpressJS, NestJS, Typeorm, Mongoose, Socket IO…), C#, .Net
    + Frontend: ReactJS, VueJS, NextJS
  • Experience working with Typescript, Javascript
  • Experience working with Rest API, Docker, Git
  • Experience working with databases such as MongoDB, Redis, Mysql, ElasticSearch, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc
  • Experience working with modern devops practices, CI/CD
  • Candidates with prior experience in Global/US market projects will be given priority consideration

Knowledge Requirements

  • Good understanding of AWS, Azure, Google cloud.
  • Good understanding of OOP, clean code, coding conventions.
  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, SOA design, microservices.
