Project Manager (English Fluency)

WHAT WE DO:

  • Take charge, manage, and take overall responsibility for the entire project in terms of work models, resources, progress, etc
  • Ensure that project implementation aligns with the client’s plan
  • Participate in organizational and human resource development activities
  • Manage operational activities within the project
  • Participate in building processes and ensure the quality of operations within the unit

WHO YOU ARE:

Experience Requirements

  • A minimum of six-year experience in the software development domain, encompassing at least three-year experience in project management, having managed projects with the scale of 10-15 or more members
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum models
  • Candidates with prior experience working with US clients will be given priority consideration

Knowledge Requirements

  • Fundamental knowledge of software development and experience in engineer or business analyst role.

Skill Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong task management and process monitoring skills, with flexibility in problem-solving
  • Ability to build teams and train team members, be able to understand driving factors that motivate team members and implement appropriate methods to enhance their motivation
  • Ability to cultivate influence through personal competence and personality
  • Strong critical thinking and logical thinking skills
  • Effective problem-solving skills
