Project Manager (Business Analyst Based)
WHAT WE DO:
- Presales Activities: Engage in presales activities, including client presentations, proposal development, and the identification of new business opportunities.
- Project Oversight and Responsibility: Assume full responsibility for the management and successful execution of the entire project, encompassing work models, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
- Client Alignment: Ensure that the implementation of the project adheres to the client’s strategic plans and objectives.
- Operational Management: Oversee and manage all operational activities within the project to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Process Development and Quality Assurance: Contribute to the development of robust processes and uphold high standards of operational quality within the unit.
WHO YOU ARE:
Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and 1+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in IT, software, or technology-driven environments.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum models.
- Candidates with prior experience working with US clients will be given priority consideration.
Knowledge Requirements:
- Strong understanding of business analysis techniques, including requirement gathering, user stories, process mapping, and gap analysis.
Skill Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and technical solutions.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
