AI Engineer (English Fluency)

As an AI Engineer, you will:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI models and applications in production environments with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with data scientists to productionize ML models — from preprocessing and training to optimization and deployment.
- Build and maintain end-to-end AI pipelines, integrating with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD workflows.
- Implement best practices for monitoring, retraining, and model evaluation in production.
- Optimize AI systems for latency, throughput, and resource efficiency in real-world scenarios.
- Continuously research and apply the latest AI/ML frameworks, tools, and methodologies. “
WHO YOU ARE
#Mandatory Skills
- At least 2 years of experience as an AI Engineer or in a similar role, with hands-on experience deploying AI solutions to production.
- Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Practical experience working with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Llama, Gemini) and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar).
- Experience designing agentic AI systems, including multi-step reasoning and tool-using AI agents.
- Proficient in Python, R, or Java, and familiar with software engineering best practices.
- Experience building production-grade AI/ML pipelines, including deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of MLOps practices, including CI/CD for ML, model versioning, and automated retraining.

- Understanding of distributed systems and real-time data processing.
- Experience with model optimization for large-scale or LLM-based applications.
