IT Comtor to BrSE

WHAT WE DO

  • Interpret in internal meetings and meetings with Japanese clients
  • Communicate directly with clients via email, Skype, Chatwork to clarify, align requirements, and report progress
  • Translate project-related documents
  • Support BrSEs in preparing documents such as specifications, wireframes, etc., to confirm with clients
  • Assist in project management tasks: track progress, manage tasks, check documentation
  • Participate in the company’s BrSE training programs
  • OJT (On-the-Job Training): Take on BrSE-related tasks under the guidance of experienced BrSEs/PMs to gain practical experience

WHO YOU ARE

Mandatory Skills:

  • Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher, with fluent speaking and listening skills
  • At least 4 years of experience as an IT Comtor and a clear career orientation toward becoming a BrSE
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High sense of responsibility and strong team spirit
  • Ability to provide suggestions and improvements to managers
  • Basic knowledge of IT
  • Preference for candidates who have experience as a Leader, sub-BrSE, or sub-PM in a project

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in project management is a strong plus
