WHAT WE DO

• Participate directly in the product development process, designing UI/UX for Apps, Websites, Internal Systems, and other digital products, ensuring a friendly and efficient user experience (UX).
• Collaborate closely with related departments such as Clients, Marketing, Development, QA, etc., to select and maintain appropriate UX design approaches throughout the product development process.
• Share ideas and build design processes to balance aesthetics and logic, using tools such as storyboards, sitemaps, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
• Present design ideas visually with supporting tools such as mockups, showcases, and presentation slides.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager within the design scope.

WHO YOU ARE

• 3+ years of working experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s or College degree in Design, with solid knowledge of UI/UX.
• Strong sense of aesthetics; able to refine UI based on client requirements and feedback.
• Proficient in design software such as Sketch, Photoshop.
• Preferably familiar with other design tools (After Effects, Illustrator, Adobe XD, etc.).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Proficient in wireframing and user stories.
• Strong ability to create and demonstrate prototypes.
• Good reading comprehension of English materials.
• Active listening skills with the ability to consolidate client requirements, capture product/service needs, and provide consultancy on popular platforms such as apps, websites, and systems.
