Software Delivery Manager (Japanese skill)

WHAT WE DO

1. Revenue achievement & Growth:

  • Lead estimation activities for new projects, ensuring proposals are accurate, competitive, and aligned with business goals.
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue by understanding client needs and proposing value-added solutions.

2. Delivery Management & Performance Monitoring:

  • Oversee overall progress and performance of projects, ensuring client business objectives are met.
  • Monitor project performance through metrics and processes, implementing timely improvements when necessary.
  • Participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders to resolve critical issues affecting delivery.

3. High-performance team management:

  • Coordinate with Resource Allocation to secure and maintain suitable, high-quality resources for projects; handle resource changes as needed.
  • Build and sustain high-performance teams; participate in competency and performance evaluations, and salary/bonus reviews.
  • Work with HRBPs to resolve team conflicts that may affect project delivery.

4. Stakeholder collaboration:

  • Work with relevant departments to implement systems, processes, shared values, and organizational structures within project teams, ensuring delivery standards and strong team spirit.

5. Others:

  • Participate in additional tasks such as interviewing candidates, internal initiatives, and supporting special projects as requested by the organization.

WHO YOU ARE

# Must Have

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 2 years in roles such as Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar (managing teams > 50 members).
  • Proven experience in software project delivery management, including presales involvement.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze cost–benefit and propose revenue growth strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and complex problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
  • Passion for challenges and proactive in creating value.
  • Proficient in Japanese (N2 or higher).

  • Experience building and maintaining cohesive, high-performing teams.
  • Experience managing large-scale or highly complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
