WHAT WE DO

• Research & Develop AI algorithms for both internal projects and client solutions
• Build & Deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models across various domains, including Computer Vision, NLP, Audio Processing, Generative AI, etc
• Optimize AI Workflows: Apply MLOps to deploy AI models efficiently, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and scalability
• Integrate AI into Products: Collaborate with Software Engineers and Data Engineers to integrate AI into real-world systems, deployable on Cloud or On-premise
• Research Cutting-edge AI Technologies: Stay updated with the latest research papers; experiment with LLMs, RAG, and Diffusion Models; and optimize AI architectures to meet product requirements

WHO YOU ARE

• At least 1 year of experience as an AI Engineer
• Proficient in Python, with a strong understanding of OOP and coding standards (PEP8, Google Style, etc.)
• Solid foundation in Advanced Mathematics (calculus, integration, multi-dimensional data processing) as well as Data Structures and Algorithms
• Experience in Generative AI (RAG, Vector Databases, LLM Fine-tuning, Stable Diffusion, etc.)
• Expertise in one or more areas: Computer Vision, NLP, Machine Learning, Audio Processing, or Deep Learning
• Familiarity with Cloud AI/ML Services (AWS, GCP, Azure), Data Engineering, etc
• Hands-on experience with Git, RESTful APIs, Docker, and both SQL/NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset
• Good communication skills in English or Japanese is a plus
