WHAT WE DO

1. Presales Activities:

  • Participate in supporting tasks throughout the bidding process, including preparing proposals for software/application development, delivering project presentations, and assisting in contract negotiation and signing.

2. Project Management and Coordination:

  • Be responsible for managing and ensuring the successful implementation of projects. This includes establishing suitable working models, allocating resources, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues that arise.

3. Client Collaboration:

  • Ensure that project direction and implementation plans align with the client’s strategy and objectives, while maintaining effective and trustworthy communication throughout the partnership.

4. Organizational and Human Resource Development:

  • Take part in activities that enhance team capabilities, contributing to the growth and competency of both the organization and project members.

5. Operational Management:

  • Oversee and manage project operations to ensure efficiency and quality, while optimizing resource utilization and cost-effectiveness.

6. Process Development and Quality Assurance:

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of project management processes and ensure high-quality standards are consistently maintained across the organization.

7. Other Tasks:

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.

WHO YOU ARE:

# Mandatory Skills:

  • Japanese proficiency equivalent to N2 or higher, with strong communication skills.
  • Previous experience as a BrSE (Bridge System Engineer).
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Project Manager for Japanese clients in software development.
  • Solid foundation in software development with strong skills in system and business requirement analysis.
  • Strong task management and process monitoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong planning and risk management abilities.
  • Highly proactive and able to work under pressure.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.

# Desired Skills:

  • Familiarity with Japanese culture and work styles.
  • Ability to build and train teams.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects.
