Project Manager (Business Analyst Based)

WHAT WE DO:

  • Presales Activities: Engage in presales activities, including client presentations, proposal development, and the identification of new business opportunities.
  • Project Oversight and Responsibility: Assume full responsibility for the management and successful execution of the entire project, encompassing work models, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
  • Client Alignment: Ensure that the implementation of the project adheres to the client’s strategic plans and objectives.
  • Operational Management: Oversee and manage all operational activities within the project to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Process Development and Quality Assurance: Contribute to the development of robust processes and uphold high standards of operational quality within the unit.

WHO YOU ARE:

Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and 1+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in IT, software, or technology-driven environments.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum models.
  • Candidates with prior experience working with US clients will be given priority consideration.

Knowledge Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of business analysis techniques, including requirement gathering, user stories, process mapping, and gap analysis.

Skill Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and technical solutions.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
