Process Quality Assurance
WHAT WE DO
- Conduct inspections, audits, and supervision to ensure projects adhere to established processes, regulations, and quality standards, minimizing risks in software development deparrtments
- Propose and establish a standard development process aligned with the company’s product development activities
- Improve project processes and quality at both the project and organizational levels
- Develop, maintain, and optimize the quality control and project progress tracking system by measuring, analyzing, and refining KPIs from project-level to company-wide application
- Support, advise, and collaborate with production units to resolve project issues
- Prepare and submit reports as required by the company.
WHO YOU ARE
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software project development
- Basic English communication skill
- Strong knowledge of quality management processes such as CMMI, ISO, etc
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and V-model methodologies
- Strong knowledge of team management and leadership activities
- Good communication skills, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure
- Strong ability to collect, synthesize, and analyze information
- Previous experience as a PQA leader in a company is a plus.
