Process Quality Assurance

WHAT WE DO

  • Conduct inspections, audits, and supervision to ensure projects adhere to established processes, regulations, and quality standards, minimizing risks in software development deparrtments
  • Propose and establish a standard development process aligned with the company’s product development activities
  • Improve project processes and quality at both the project and organizational levels
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize the quality control and project progress tracking system by measuring, analyzing, and refining KPIs from project-level to company-wide application
  • Support, advise, and collaborate with production units to resolve project issues
  • Prepare and submit reports as required by the company.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software project development
  • Basic English communication skill
  • Strong knowledge of quality management processes such as CMMI, ISO, etc
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and V-model methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of team management and leadership activities
  • Good communication skills, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure
  • Strong ability to collect, synthesize, and analyze information
  • Previous experience as a PQA leader in a company is a plus.
