UI/UX Designer (English Fluency)

WHAT WE DO:

Research and Analysis:

  • Gather insights from users, clients, and stakeholders
  • Analyze data, conduct market research, and understand global user behaviors

Product Design

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups based on project requirements
  • Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces (UI)

Collaboration

  • Work closely with BAs, UI/UX Designers, Developers, QA, and Frontend Engineers in Vietnam
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from client teams to ensure alignment and project success

Presentation and Advocacy

  • Present design concepts persuasively to stakeholders, using logical and evidence-based reasoning
  • Ensure that designs address user needs while achieving business objectives

WHO YOU ARE:

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in UI design
  • At least 2 years of working experience in global projects
  • Participation in a minimum of 3 Agile projects

Skill Requirements

  • Fluent in English, with the ability to work with multinational teams
  • Sensitivity to cultural differences and the ability to adapt communication styles accordingly
  • Ability to articulate creative ideas and give designer’s opinion in the decision making process

Attitude Requirements

  • Strong logical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
  • Flexibility to adapt to different time zones when required

Knowledge Requirements (Additional)

  • Basic understanding of Frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) is an advantage.
