UI/UX Designer (English Fluency)
WHAT WE DO:
Research and Analysis:
- Gather insights from users, clients, and stakeholders
- Analyze data, conduct market research, and understand global user behaviors
Product Design
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups based on project requirements
- Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces (UI)
Collaboration
- Work closely with BAs, UI/UX Designers, Developers, QA, and Frontend Engineers in Vietnam
- Collaborate with stakeholders from client teams to ensure alignment and project success
Presentation and Advocacy
- Present design concepts persuasively to stakeholders, using logical and evidence-based reasoning
- Ensure that designs address user needs while achieving business objectives
WHO YOU ARE:
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UI design
- At least 2 years of working experience in global projects
- Participation in a minimum of 3 Agile projects
Skill Requirements
- Fluent in English, with the ability to work with multinational teams
- Sensitivity to cultural differences and the ability to adapt communication styles accordingly
- Ability to articulate creative ideas and give designer’s opinion in the decision making process
Attitude Requirements
- Strong logical and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
- Flexibility to adapt to different time zones when required
Knowledge Requirements (Additional)
- Basic understanding of Frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) is an advantage.
