WHAT WE DO:

Research and Analysis:

• Gather insights from users, clients, and stakeholders
• Analyze data, conduct market research, and understand global user behaviors

Product Design:

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups based on project requirements
• Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces (UI)
• Apply motion design and basic 3D elements where appropriate to enhance interaction quality and visual engagement
• Develop simple 3D assets (icons, product visuals, interface-supporting elements) to support digital product experiences when required

Collaboration:

• Work closely with BAs, UI/UX Designers, Developers, QA, and Frontend Engineers in Vietnam
• Collaborate with stakeholders from client teams to ensure alignment and project success
• Coordinate with Developers to ensure feasibility and proper implementation of motion and 3D assets

Presentation and Advocacy:

• Present design concepts persuasively to stakeholders, using logical and evidence-based reasoning
• Ensure that designs address user needs while achieving business objectives
• Clearly explain the rationale behind motion and 3D usage in product design decisions

WHO YOU ARE:

# Experience Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, including 2+ years working on global projects
• Exposure to Motion or 3D-related projects is a plus
• Practical experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

# Skill Requirements

Must Have:

• Fluent in English, with the ability to work with multinational teams
• Sensitivity to cultural differences and the ability to adapt communication styles accordingly
• Ability to articulate creative ideas and give designer’s opinion in the decision making process
• Outstanding teamwork abilities
• Strong ability to manage priorities and deliver within deadlines
• Sharp critical thinking and logical reasoning
• Effective problem-solving skills.

Nice to have:

• Ability to apply interactive motion and basic 3D elements appropriately in digital product design
• Basic ability to use at least one 3D tool (e.g., Blender, Spline, or ThreeJS) to create or editable simple 3D objects with basic materials, lighting, and camera setup
• Basic ability to use motion tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent) and apply fundamental animation principles (timing, squash & stretch, arcs, overlapping action)
