WHAT WE DO:

Research and Analysis

• Gather insights from users, clients, and stakeholders.
• Analyze data, conduct market research, and understand global user behaviors.

Product Design

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups based on project requirements.
• Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces (UI).

Collaboration

• Work closely with BAs, UI/UX Designers, Developers, QA, and Frontend Engineers in Vietnam.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from client teams to ensure alignment and project success.

Presentation and Advocacy

• Present design concepts persuasively to stakeholders, using logical and evidence-based reasoning.
• Ensure that designs address user needs while achieving business objectives.

WHO YOU ARE:

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UI design.
• At least 3 years of working experience in global projects.
• Participation in a minimum of 3 Agile projects.

Skills Requirements 

• Fluent in English, with the ability to work with multinational teams.
• Sensitivity to cultural differences and the ability to adapt communication styles accordingly.

Attitude Requirements

• Strong logical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
• Flexibility to adapt to different time zones when required.

Knowledge requirements (additional)

• Basic understanding of Frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) is an advantage.
• Experience in specialized industries like healthcare is a plus.
