WHO WE ARE:

Since 2014, Sun* has been running the xseeds project, which inherited the ODA’s HEDSPI project. This initiative focuses on developing highly skilled IT professionals.

Through this project, we provide Japanese language classes to approximately 2,000 students at top universities in four countries, including Vietnam. We also offer them job opportunities in Japan via our platform, xseedsHub.

• What is the “HEDSPI” Project at Hanoi University of Science and Technology?

This project began in 2006 at Hanoi University of Science and Technology as a Japanese government ODA initiative. Its goal was to cultivate highly skilled IT professionals proficient in Japanese. Sun* (formerly Framgia) took over the project after the ODA period concluded in 2014.

WHAT WE DO

WHO YOU ARE

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (required for Work Permit acquisition)
• Minimum 3 years of Japanese language teaching experience (required for Work Permit acquisition)
  *You will be asked to submit an employment certificate upon receiving a job offer.
• Must meet one of the following criteria:
  – Graduated from a university with a major or minor in Japanese language education.
  – Completed over 420 hours of training in a Japanese language teacher training program.
  – Passed the Japanese Language Teaching Competency Test.
• We are looking for individuals who:
  – Embrace change positively and can act with strong listening skills and initiative.
  – Are enthusiastic not only about Japanese language education but also about supporting students’ job placement.
  – Are eager to utilize IT tools and innovative teaching methods.
  – Possess an educational perspective and can design student-centered, interactive lessons.

While experience is important, we place a higher value on your passion for education. Please detail your teaching experience in your resume when you submit it.

BENEFITS AND PERKS

• Monthly Salary: $1,500 – $3,000 (GROSS)
• The company will cover the following expenses:
• Visa and Work Permit acquisition fees
• Transportation expenses (provided according to company regulations)
• Vaccinations (Hepatitis A & B, Japanese Encephalitis, Tetanus, Rabies) — after probation period ends
• Overseas Medical Insurance
