Management Accounting cum M&A


# Management accounting

  • Manage projects to construct/ reinforce the management accounting system of various business lines
  • Implement detailed financial modelling of new and existing business based on KPI
  • Monitor and check inputs on internal systems to accurately track the KPI performance
  • Offer strategic guidance and analytical support for all business lines

# M&A and strategic alliance

  • Support the M&A efforts in VN and overseas
  • Build valuation models and lead the due diligence excercise
  • Lead transaction documentation discussion and internal approval processes
  • Negotiate with various parties to drive the transaction forward


Background: Candidate with 3+ years in one of the following areas is preferred: Corporate planning, FP&A, Investment banking, Management consulting, PE funds, Accounting firms

Mandatory Skills:

  • Highly proficient in written and spoken English communication
  • Be capable of writing good analytical reports in English
  • Sound financial modelling skills on Excel
  • Highly attentive to detail, focus on precision and accuracy
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Sound judgment and integrity
  • Excellent communication skills: be able to speak with internal and external parties in a professional manner
  • Excellent task and schedule management skills
  • Highly motivated and adaptable: be able to respond creatively and quickly in a fast-paced, high-pressure, changing environment, managing multiple priorities effectively

Preferred Skills:

  • Good understanding of IT outsourcing business
  • Japanese language skills
