IT Officer

WHAT WE DO:

  • Manage and operate the company’s internal server system:

+ Manage Email, AD Microsoft, Storage, …

+ Manage web / app Server (Internal & External)

+ Operating VM system (Vmware, Xen server, …)

  • Manage other office equipment: printers, fax, video conference, …
  • Install software and operating system, allocate computers to employees
  • Support staff & handle errors related to computers, computer networks, software.
  • Support network operation, internal mail, camera, phone
  • Participate in the training process for IT Support members

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Graduate majors in IT or electronics
  • Have at least 3 years of work experience in an equivalent position
  • Have experience in software installation, os, support handling problems related to office equipment
  • Experience in managing and operating Office for businesses
  • Have knowledge about computer hardware, server, network
  • Have knowledge of Linux operating systems (centos, ubuntu. ..) and MacOS
